It's All About the Story
I'm constantly telling my students that everything you make needs to tell a story. Images, presentations, essays and their creative writing should all engage their audience. It seems that this becomes more difficult as students get older. I recently rediscovered Alan Levine's Blog on Web 2.0 tools that are available to help kids tell a story. It's a great collection of tools that highlight the many different ways a story can be presented. I'm looking forward to having students create a story outline then tell their story using totally different tools. Check out the site. His collection makes it easy to compare a variety of tools without spending hours searching.
